Our personal and professional income is based solely upon our services provided. We understand that situations arise that cause a need to cancel or reschedule, we request you do so by phone call at least an hour before your scheduled appointment so someone else can take your spot.
One client running late will throw the rest of our day off, resulting in us running late for clients who showed up on time. Therefore, we reserve the right to deny service to anyone running 10+ minutes late.
Although your child, or as we call "gentleman in training", is half the size, we still spend the same amount of time on him. His haircut will still be $40.
For safety reasons, no children are allowed in cutting area unless they're getting a service .
We get women asking if we will cut their hair. We won't turn you down, but I wouldn't go to a foot doctor to get my eyes checked.
We offer the three months plus option, because we have to reshape your hair completely. Clearly, those cuts will take extra time. Failure to choose this option will result in us needing to reschedule..
If you aren't happy, neither are we. Please call the salon within a week of your service for any changes.
